These are our General Terms and Conditions These General Terms and Conditions, together with the references that they contain, apply to all agreements that we, Pedal Plate, trade name of HZA Trading Consultancy and Beheer B.V. (filed under Chamber of Commerce number 33299062), enter into with you. You can also reach us on telephone number +31 (0)654 655 331. We reserve the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. You agree that the latest version of these General Terms and Conditions will always apply to our agreement.

Article 1 – Products

We sell pedal plates.

Article 2 – Registration

To place an order for a product, you need to register. For this, you will need to provide us with your personal details. These personal details need to be completed truthfully and must be up to date. We will protect your personal details properly; please also see our Privacy Statement on our website. Please use a strong password for your account and never disclose your password to others. You are personally responsible for any abuse of your account, for instance, if someone else places an order with us using your password.

Article 3 – Payments

The (total) prices of the products are listed on our webshop. Please make payments using our online payment service; Mollie provides this payment service.
Postage is for your account.

Article 4 – Deliveries

We deliver your product to the address that you submitted in the order. You will no longer be able to change the address once we have sent the package. PostNL is responsible for the distribution. We do our best to ensure that the order is delivered within three working days. If the order is delayed, we will inform you of this in writing. We guarantee you that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after the order confirmation. In the unlikely event that we do not succeed in this, you can either ask us to (a) immediately refund the amount that you paid for the product, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value).

Article 5 – Returns

You are always entitled to return the product to us within 14 days after you have received it. You can do so using the returns form or by sending an e-mail to After you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product to us within 14 days. Once we have received the product, we will redeposit the full purchase amount within 7 days. The costs for the return shipment are for your account. During the period that you have to consider whether you would like to keep the product, please handle the product and the packaging carefully. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent that it is necessary to decide whether you would like to keep the product.

Article 6 – Guarantee

We give a two-year guarantee on the pedal plate. If the product breaks during normal use and within the guarantee period, you are entitled to a replacement product. You must then send us the defective product in its original packaging. Postage is for your account.

Article 7 – Liability

We disclaim liability for damage caused by using a product. This does not apply if the damage is due to deliberate intent, gross negligence or wilful recklessness on our part. Your right to compensation will in any event be limited to the maximum amount of the ordered and paid for product.

Article 8 – Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (for instance, copyrights, figurative marks, and word trademarks) to our texts, photographs, images and other materials are our property (or we manage them with the permission of the owner). You may not infringe these rights through your use.

Article 9 – Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about the implementation of the agreement, please do not hesitate to inform us. Please send your complaint as soon as possible (and described in as much detail as possible) to We will handle your complaint as quickly as possible, no later than three working days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within three working days, and we will let you know when we expect a substantive response. If we cannot resolve the complaint mutually, this will result in a dispute that falls under the dispute settlement rules.

Article 10 – Dispute settlement rules

Dutch law governs these General Terms and Conditions and the agreements that we enter into with you. In the event of a dispute, the Court of Amsterdam has jurisdiction to hear disputes.
